Relentless Promotions - DENISON, Iowa (July 17, 2020) - Stu Snyder and the KRL Motorsports #5 headed east on Friday night to Crawford County Speedway in Denison, Iowa to compete with the RaceSaver 305 Sprint Cars.
Fifteen cars were in competition at the 3/8-mile dirt oval, including some local competition from Nebraska of Toby Chapman and Adam Gullion.
A high point average lined up the night's events for the KRL Motorsports team. The heat race saw Snyder scheduled to start in the fifth position, however a scratch from Matt Fredericksen and Justin Bolte electing to start at the back put Snyder starting on the pole of the second heat race. Snyder quickly took off with the lead and never looked back to grab the heat race win.
The 20-lap feature event lined up based off of an invert of point averages, scheduling Stu Snyder to start fourth row outside. Snyder quickly powered toward the front of the field. A caution would fly on lap three for Gullion who slowed. The restart saw Snyder lined up in fourth behind Mike Moore, Toby Chapman, and Owen Carlson. Snyder powered to the lead at the halfway point. A caution would fly again with seven laps remaining. The restart saw Snyder taking off with the lead again. He would go on to win the feature event, marking his fifth win on the season and third at Crawford County Speedway this year.
