About Stu SnyderStu Snyder, AKA Superman, has been behind the wheel of a sprint car for 20 years and has more than 30 years of knowledge in open-wheel sprint cars, all the way from scraping mud to running a race team. He has more than 75 feature wins, 3 Rookie of the Year accomplishments, countless top-5 and top-10 finishes, 5 season championships, and a handful of National championships. In 2011, Stu drove for Eldon Rhoten where he captured the 2011 Eagle Raceway Season Championship with 5 feature wins and 15 top-5 finishes. Snyder went on to set a personal-best in 2021, where he captured 14 feature wins, 23 podiums, and 26 top-5 finishes.
Snyder has drove several types of race cars throughout his racing career when not in the seat of the sprint car, including micro sprints, midgets, and non-wing sprint cars. He has also drove in every division of sprint cars, including 305, 360, and 410-cubic inch sprint cars. He currently wheels his personally owned SLS Motorsports #23s in the 360 division, along with the KRL Motorsports #5 in the RaceSaver 305 division. The 2024 season will bring new challenges as Snyder focuses on capturing a coveted 410 Sprint Car Championship at Huset's Speedway in the Bowers' Motorsports #81. |
