Relentless Promotions - LINCOLN, Nebraska (June 28, 2020) - Stu Snyder added two top-10 finishes to his season statistics after placing eighth at both I-80 Speedway and Eagle Raceway.
On Friday, Snyder and the SLS Motorsports #23s took to I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska with the Nebraska 360 Sprint Series. He started 8th in the heat race, but with a driver failing to start moved up to the third row outside starting position. Snyder would fall in place and finish out the heat race in the sixth position, lining him up eleventh in the feature event.
During the feature event, Snyder would work his way up to ninth place. On lap eight, Cody Ledger took a wild ride in turn one. To avoid hitting Ledger, Stu rode the wall and was towed to the work area with a flat right front tire. He would restart at the back of the field and work his way up to an eighth place finish. Lee Grosz was victorious with the Nebraska 360 Sprint Series.
Stu Snyder and the KRL Motorsports #5 took to Eagle Raceway on Saturday with the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars. A high point average would place him starting eighth in the heat race, where he finished third and transferred to the main event.
The feature event saw close racing and hard-fought battles throughout the field during the course of the race. The final laps saw rookie, Gunnar Pike, and Stu Snyder battle out for the eighth place position with Snyder closing out the position by 0.093 seconds over Pike.
